By accessing or using the Budget Camera website (the “Site”) and any related services, including but not limited to equipment rentals, support services, and all other content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Budget Camera website or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, and any applicable local, state, or federal laws. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Site or interfere with other users’ access to and use of the Site.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

By renting equipment from Budget Camera, you agree to the following:

• All rented products are provided "as is" and in the condition received from the manufacturer.
• You are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition it was rented to you, subject to normal wear and tear.
• You must inspect the equipment upon pickup and notify us immediately if any issues are found.
• You are responsible for ensuring proper handling and operation of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
• You agree to pay any fees for damages, loss, or late returns as outlined in our rental agreement.

5. Security Hold

A security hold may be placed on your payment method at the time of rental to cover potential damage, loss, or late fees. This hold will be released upon the return of the equipment in the condition it was rented, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. The amount of the hold will vary depending on the type of equipment rented.

6. Payment

All payments for rental equipment must be made at the time of reservation or collection, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept debit and credit card payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due under the rental agreement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for rentals are subject to our cancellation policy as described on the rental policy page

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Budget Camera or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the site for commercial use without our express written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Third-Party Links
