We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with order processing and studio bookings
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
