A team member will confirm gear availability and guide you through account creation if it's your first-time renting before completing your reservation.
Pickup starts at 9am on the pickup date, and 4pm on Friday for weekend rentals. Alternatively, you can choose to have your rentals dropped off or shipped to your location for a small additional cost.

COI is not mandatory for orders with a replacement value under $20,000, but there will be a hold on your credit card. Orders with replacement value exceeding $20,000 require a COI. Check our documentation page for more details.

Absolutely, as long as you have completed your online rental account setup, you can notify us that someone will pick up your rental.
Absolutely, you can try out any of our equipment only inside our facility to determine what's best suited for your production. Please get in touch with us to make arrangements.
