These items are chosen because they are compact, durable, and easy to package without compromising on protection. By limiting shipping to select gear, we ensure that every equipment arrives in excellent condition and ready to perform, no matter where you are in Ontario. Shipping Process:
To request shipping, browse our wide selection of inventory. After adding items to your cart, select "Express Shipping" under Order Type on the checkout page.
A minimum rental period of 2 days is required for all shipping orders, and the delivery address must be within Ontario.
Shipping requests should be made at least 3 business days before the rental or production date. All shipping requests are subject to approval.
Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange for Purolator to pick up and deliver your rental equipment. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your gear as it makes its way to you.
Return Process:
At the end of your rental period, simply pack up the equipment, attach the return shipping label provided, and send it back to us using any Purolator office near you.
Equipment must be returned to the drop-off location by 11 AM on the return date to avoid late fees. An additional one-day charge may apply if equipment is dropped off after 11 AM.
Affordable Shipping Costs
Budget Camera offers clear and competitive shipping rates across Ontario. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and delivery zone, starting at $45 for local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area and $55–$80 for other Ontario regions such as Ottawa, Windsor, and Thunder Bay. All shipments are handled through Purolator Express, ensuring next-day or two-day delivery. For multiple items or large rentals, shipping costs are capped at $100 per order, regardless of quantity.
Reliable Delivery and Lead Time Guarantee
Orders placed at least three business days in advance qualify for a delivery timing guarantee. if your equipment doesn’t arrive on time, your shipping fee will be fully refunded. All shipments include real-time tracking and signature confirmation. In rare courier delays due to weather or traffic disruptions, Budget Camera coordinates with Purolator to reroute or prioritize your delivery at no cost.
Eligible Gear for Shipping
Only select gear is eligible for shipping based on safety and size. Ship-safe items include camera bodies, prime and compact zoom lenses, audio kits, LED panels, and small accessories. Excluded are large cinema rigs, heavy tripods, and oversized lighting equipment. Items eligible for shipping are marked with a 'Shippable' badge on the Budget Camera website.
Shipping Insurance and Damage Protection
Every shipped order is protected by a Transit Protection Policy covering loss or damage during delivery. Parcels are insured up to $10,000 through Purolator’s commercial insurance. For rentals exceeding this amount, customers can request additional coverage for a small fee. If damage occurs during transit, contact Budget Camera within 24 hours for inspection and possible replacement.
Address Changes, Missed Deliveries, and Returns
If your delivery address changes, contact Budget Camera at least 24 hours before shipment. Missed
deliveries are held at the nearest depot for 48 hours for pickup or redelivery, you are responsible for accumulated rental period due to missed delivery. To return, reuse the same box and prepaid label, and drop off by 11 AM on the return date to avoid late fees. Early returns may qualify for credits toward future rentals.
Holiday and Weather Shipping Updates
No Deliveries on holidays! Budget Camera monitors weather conditions and proactively contacts customers to reschedule or offer early pickup options if disruptions are expected.

Your rental will arrive on or before your rental start date. In the unlikely event that your shipment is delayed or does not arrive on time, your shipping fee will be fully refunded. While Budget Camera is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we will work on your behalf to resolve any issues.
You or someone must be available at your address to sign for the delivery. If no one is there, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up at a nearby location.
Please note: while courier delays are outside our control, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues quickly.
Delivery address change requests are subject to approval
If your equipment arrives damaged or late, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a resolution.
Use the provided return label and drop off the package at your nearest Purolator location. Ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging. Once shipped, please notify us by email or phone
Use of space
Booking must be completed by adults only (18 years + If you are an adult and reserving the space for teen please ensure no alcohol is served or carried into the building.
The space must be returned to its original condition at the end of the session. This includes deep cleaning and garbage removal. If you require assistance with cleaning or disposing of production props or other waste, an additional fee will apply.
All forms of smoking. vaping and shisha are prohibited inside the property. Violating the smoking terms will result in immediate termination of the session with no refunds, and everyone must leave the building within 15 minutes; otherwise, local law enforcement will be contacted.
Dry ice. fog. and haze machines are allowed in the entire studio but must be monitored at all times.
Customers are responsible for any damages done by themselves or their guests during their session.
Capacity
The studio allows a maximum of 30 guests. Please stay within booked capacity; exceeding the booked number of guests inside the property will incur an added cost.
We reserve the right to end the session if the maximum capacity (30 guests) is exceeded.
Security deposit
A $750 security hold will be authorized on your credit card; this is not an actual charge. This will be deducted in the case of any required cleaning, repainting, damages, exceeded capacity and time or other studio violations. If the incurred cost is above the security hold, the difference will be charged to your authorized card on file. or a recurring payment arrangement will be scheduled.
Pets
A $350 refundable security hold is required for bringing pets into the studio. This covers damages and muck, otherwise will be cancelled after your session. Please be sure to contact the studio beforehand.

💳 Security Authorization
A small hold will be placed on your credit/debit card. The hold will be canceled upon the return of the rental.
We offer a convenient delivery service for all our rental gear within a 100km radius of our location. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need on time and in perfect working condition.
Request: You can request delivery at any time during your reservation—in person, via email, or by phone.
Equipment Testing: All gear is thoroughly tested before delivery to ensure it’s fully functional and ready for use.
Inspection Upon Arrival: When the driver arrives, please inspect the equipment and verify the equipment list to ensure everything is in order.
Rental Requirements: To avoid cancellation, please ensure all rental processes and requirements are completed at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If not completed, the delivery will be canceled, and rental credit will be applied to your account.
Protection & Responsibility: We ensure all equipment is well-protected and safely transported. Once delivered, the client is responsible for any damage or issues that may arise while the equipment is in their possession.
