Booking must be paid in full at the time of your reservation.
Full payment must be completed at the time of booking.
We offer studio credit for canceled bookings (no refunds after 24 hours of booking).
Rescheduling will be made based on studio availability.
Last minute rescheduling (24hrs to booked time) will attract a 50% additional cost
Customers are responsible for any damages done by themselves or their guests.
An overtime penalty of $150/hr begins to be incurred on the first 10 minutes past booked time.
Dry ice, fog, and haze machines are allowed but must be monitored at all times

The studio is available for booking 24 hours a day, allowing you to reserve it for any time that suits your needs throughout the day.
Security deposit is not mandatory for video and photo production, but you will be held responsible for any damages caused by you or your team during your session.

Yes! We enjoy welcoming guests to tour the space. Tours are offered by appointment only. Please get in touch with us to book a tour.
