Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, with high professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on company products and services and technical issues.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
Providing outstanding professional but friendly service to all customers
Completing bookings (Send out quotes, invoices and processing payments)
Assisting customers during booked sessions and check-in
Preparing orders and accepting returns
Ensuring the studio rooms are prepped and ready for customers.
Ensuring that work areas and restrooms are kept clean.
Being aware of daily studio activities

2 Years of customer service experience
Familiarity with film equipment (not required but, preferred).
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in customer support or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
