CSR (Customer Service Representative)

We seek a proactive, motivated, experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, as well as maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, with high professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on company products and services and technical issues.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.

  • Providing outstanding professional but friendly service to all customers

  • Completing bookings (Send out quotes, invoices and processing payments)

  • Assisting customers during booked sessions and check-in

  • Preparing orders and accepting returns

  • Ensuring the studio rooms are prepped and ready for customers.

  • Ensuring that work areas and restrooms are kept clean.

  • Being aware of daily studio activities

Knowledge and Skills

  • Persuasive and clear communication skills

  • Reliable and organized

  • Works well with others

  • Motivated to learn

  • Friendly and Approachable

  • Basic computer skills

  • Attention to detail and time management

  • 2 Years of customer service experience

  • Familiarity with film equipment (not required but, preferred).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
