Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and work to build the BC, Seedvisuals, and Filmdoc brand and experience. All three brands operate on an e-commerce platform, and in-depth experience with e-commerce is a must. This individual must have an entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to excel in a dynamic work environment with big goals and exponential growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of customer acquisition and sales for Budget Camera, Seedvisuals, and Filmdoc. Lead and manage consultants and contractors and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our digital stores, optimizing conversion and growth.

  • Create lead generating strategies and campaigns utilizing Top of Funnel and Bottom of Funnel opportunities.

  • Lead Social strategy and execution for the three brands across all customer-used channels.

  • Train employees in social media best practices and contribute to developing the brands' online presence.

  • Stay current on new digital tools, e-commerce trends, social media tools, and more to develop a best in-class digital footprint in our industry.

  • Manage marketing tags and pixels, overseeing the overall tracking strategy, implementation, and reporting.

  • Maintain compliance with legal requirements and best practices for the brands' digital presence (GDPR, CCPA, ADA/WCAG).

  • Measure and monitor the performance of our digital products to ensure revenue alignment with sales objectives and communicate insights to management.

  • Apply in-depth understanding of consumer insights, including demographic trends and consumer behavior, to drive business advancement.

Candidates must have:

  • Demonstrated successes in driving growth showcased in their resume.

  • Experience managing PPC media buying on Social and search channels.

  • High EQ, being self-aware, motivated, and adept at relationship-building.

  • A genuine passion for career growth, integrity, innovative thinking, and positivity in all endeavors.

  • Self-discipline and prioritization skills for managing and executing tasks in a startup environment with multiple projects.

  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape SEO, SEM and SMM.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 per year.

  • Uncapped bonus structure.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (required).

Experience:
