We looking for individuals who are willing to deliver an excellent customer service experience to join our team.
Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide an outstanding professional but friendly service to all customers
- Provide support and information on inventory and studio availability to customers through phone and email conversations
- Complete bookings (Send out quotes, invoices and process payments)
- Assist customers during booked sessions and check-in
- Prepare orders and accept returns
- Ensuring the studio rooms are prepped and ready for customers
- Ensure that work areas and restrooms are kept clean
- Pay attention to the small stuff happening around the studio
