Booking can be paid in installments; however, full payment is required before the session begins.
We offer studio credit for cancelled bookings; no refunds after 24 hours.
You can reschedule your booking twice for free, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for any damages caused by their team during the session.
Exceeding capacity will incur a charge of $25 per person.
An overtime penalty of $100 per hour will be applied after 10 minutes upon booked time expiration.
Dry ice, fog, and haze machines are allowed but must be monitored.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited.
Pets are allowed with a $500 security deposit.

The studio is available for booking 24 hours a day, allowing you to reserve it for any time that suits your needs throughout the day.

Yes! We enjoy welcoming guests to tour the space. Tours are offered by appointment only. Please get in touch with us to book a tour.
We do allow pets under certain conditions. Please contact us before your production date.
